Support means seeing the pattern, not the person. We built the line between helping and watching into the product itself.

Support, not surveillance

Support staff can see individual check-in responses so they can reach out. Access is scoped to your institution and audit-logged.

Logged and reviewable

Every time a staff member opens a student's record, it's written to a tamper-resistant audit log.

Never sold or mined

We do not sell or mine student data. Subprocessors are disclosed, and the data of record is hosted in Australia.

No silent exposure

Small groups are suppressed, so no individual can be singled out from an aggregate.

SSO, roster sync, calendar integration. Your stack stays yours, and your students see only your university.

Will students know it is a third-party product?

The experience is presented in your institution's branding and accessed through your sign-in, so it reads as part of your university rather than an external tool.

Which single sign-on providers are supported?

First Six supports modern single sign-on, including Microsoft Entra and OIDC, with SAML in progress. Audience groups sync from your existing systems.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. A vanity subdomain like riverton.firstsix.com.au is available so the experience lives under your brand.

How long does branding setup take?

It is applied during onboarding and managed for you, so the experience is in your colours from day one.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every tenant's data is isolated in the database by row-level security, not just by app logic.
