We do not sell or mine student data. Subprocessors are disclosed, and the data of record is hosted in Australia.

Questions about how First Six works and what it does for your students.

Is First Six one product or several?

First Six is a single platform with six integrated features: weekly briefings, wellbeing check-ins, the help inbox, cohort insights, workspace and timetable, and your branding, all working together as one system. There is nothing to choose between or piece together.

How is this different from an early-alert system?

Early-alert systems watch for risk; First Six builds belonging. We do not flag students as problems. Every new student gets the guidance, tools, and human support to find their place in the first six weeks, when it matters most.

What does rollout involve?

We work with your team to sync your roster, set up single sign-on, and prepare your briefing templates. Most universities go live within weeks, and students see their university, not us, from day one.

Where does our data live?

All data of record is hosted in Australia, with row-level security in the database. Your students' information stays yours, isolated and protected by design, not just by policy.

Can we use it with our existing systems?

Yes. First Six integrates with your roster system, calendar platforms, and identity provider. We sync what you need and leave the rest alone.
